Sparkle City started out as an acrylic painting that I fell in love with after completion and knew we had to make it into something special!! The painting now resides at Georgia Southern!!
Claire features a tailored waist and adjustable shoulder straps that easily adjust to the perfect length. The back of the dress features a 5” band of elastic for the most perfect fit. Side pockets make it even more “fun”ctional!!
